Our youngest class starts at age 2 with Little Leapers. Recreational runs 5–11, competitive squad is invitation-only, and adult classes are 16+.
Something comfortable and stretchy — leggings and a t-shirt work perfectly. Bare feet, no jewellery, long hair tied back.
Yes — every new gymnast gets a completely free trial session so you know it’s the right fit before committing.
Absolutely. All coaching is led or supervised by British Gymnastics qualified coaches with enhanced DBS checks and current safeguarding & first aid certificates.
